Things I had to work out the hard way, mostly about Grails, htmx and Postgres. I write them down when the answer did not exist anywhere else.

Server sent events in Grails 6, without RxJava

The official Grails guide still reaches for RxJava and still targets Grails 3. You do not need either. Here is a live stream in about forty lines, and the reason a Spring SseEmitter silently fails inside a Grails action.
